Emily is a fourth-year runner ….. is a hurdler and jumper …..
2015: earned all-conference honors in three events ….. placed in the top five in the 100 meter hurdles, 400 meter hurdles, 4 x 400 meter relay, and triple jump at the CCAC Championships ….. qualified in the distance medley relay for the NAIA Indoor Championships ….. earned All-American honors with a third place finish in the distance medley relay at the NCCAA Indoor Championships ….. finished in seventh place in the 55 meter hurdles at the NCCAA Indoor Championships ….. set school records in the indoor season in the 55 meter hurdles (8.90), the 60 meter hurdles (9.80), the distance medley relay (12:14.98), and the pentathlon (2290 points) ….. was on the school outdoor record setting 4 x 400 meter relay team (4:04.72)
2014: was on the school record setting 4 x 400 meter relay team (4:04.99) that took first at the CCAC Championships ….. finished second in the 100 meter hurdles and third in the triple jump at the conference meet ….. set indoor school records in the 60 meter hurdles (9.87) and in the triple jump (35-01.25)
2013: set a school indoor record in the 55 meter hurdles (9.28) ….. placed in five events (100 meter hurdles, long jump, triple jump, 4 x 100 and 4 x 400 meter relays) at the CCAC Championships
Career: holds school indoor records in the 55 and 60 meter hurdles, distance medley relay, triple jump, and pentathlon and an outdoor record in the 4 x 400 meter relay ….. ranks third in Trinity’s indoor records book in the 4 x 200 meter relay and second in 4 x 400 meter relays ….. is second in the outdoor records in the 100 and 400 meter hurdles and in the triple jump ….. is in the top ten in the indoor 200 meter and in the outdoor long jump, and 4 x 100 meter relay
High School: was a four-time varsity track letter winner ….. was a state qualifier in the triple jump in her senior year ….. was named her team’s MVP
