Trinity Christian College has announced Josh Lenarz as the Interim Athletics Director for the 2010-11 school year. Lenarz, who has been involved in the College’s athletics program for the past 12 years, will fill the position left by Jeff Raymond, who resigned after six years at the helm of the department. Lenarz steps into the leadership role after serving as the assistant athletics director for the past four years.

“I am humbled by the opportunity to serve as the Interim Athletics Director,” said Lenarz. “We have a wonderful staff that is ready to serve our student-athletes and the Trinity community.  It is a very exciting time in athletics as the new gym and outdoor athletic complex are in full construction mode.  The Lord continues to bless Trinity Christian College and we have a lot to be thankful for.”

Along with his athletics director duties, Lenarz will continue as the head women’s soccer coach.  Kevin Lubbers, the head men’s basketball coach, will take on the position of assistant athletics director.
